DISCO Corporation (the "Company") hereby makes the following announcement: the Company has purchased the Company's own shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in accordance with Article 156 of the Company Act applicable pursuant to Article 165, paragraph 3 of the said Act.
The Company also announces that it has today completed the purchase based on the above regulation pursuant to the resolution made at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 1, 2008. |
