Notification of Revision to the Business Forecasts (Fiscal Year 2009)

DISCO Corporation ("the Company") has decided to revise the Company's business forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2010 which were announced on November 11, 2009, based on recent business performance.

Reason for the revision

The Company decided to amend the consolidated earnings forecasts announced on November 11, 2009 for the whole of the year ending March 31, 2010, taking into account recent semiconductor market situation and Disco group earning forecast.
