DISCO Corporation and its affiliates will introduce new company logo as of Monday, November 22, 2004.

About the shoulder phrase "Kiru·Kezuru·Migaku Technologies"
DISCO's corporate enterprise is based on its Mission : bringing science to comfortable living
through highly advanced Kiru(Cutting), Kezuru(Grinding) and Migaku(Polishing) technologies. This shoulder phrase
expresses our determination to continue enhancing these core technologies.

The Logo renewal is applicable to the following companies in DISCO Group;

Effective date
The new logo will be used as of Monday, November 22, 2004, on the occasion of company relocation to the new premise/R&D Center.
