DISCO achieved a five star rating from VLSI Research Inc's Customer Satisfaction Survey
DISCO Corporation was awarded the five star rating by VLSI Research Inc. (U.S.A.)*1 in its "Five Star Semiconductor Equipment Supplier" Survey (Five Star Rating), an evaluation system of customer satisfaction for semiconductor equipment suppliers. The scores in six important questionnaire items (namely, cost of ownership, quality of results, product performance, customer service, technical leadership and commitment) are accumulated for each supplier, and the company with the highest scores are honored with the five star rating.
In 2009, thirteen companies received the five star rating.
