
13 software applications developed for semiconductor production plants and equipment and for office uses
DSD, Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Toru Ishii), a subsidiary of DISCO Corporation (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo; President: Hitoshi Mizorogi), is releasing a total of 13 packaged software applications for semiconductor production plants and equipment and for office uses. It plans to give demonstrations of some of these products at SEMICON JAPAN 2008 (scheduled to be held at the Makuhari Messe International Convention Complex from December 3 to 5).
