DISCO Corporation (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazuma Sekiya) has announced that the construction of a new building was completed on Thursday, June 10, 2010 at its Chino Plant in Nagano Prefecture.

At Chino Plant, DAIICHI COMPONENTS, LTD., DISCO's wholly owned subsidiary, manufactures products.

Since the new building adopts an earthquake-absorbing structure, even when a large earthquake hits this area, damage to the plant can be minimized, so as to realize an environment where products can be supplied in a stable manner at the time of a disaster.
