An ultra-compact (DWR series) deionized water recycling unit for use with dicing saws
Advantage of using DWR: x10
8. Production Adjustments
Supports Increased Production
If the production volume of the plant is increased and dicing saws are additionally installed, there may not be enough deionized water being supplied with the existing deionized water circulation facilities. In deionized water circulation plants, the amount of deionized water that can be supplied may be exceeded when the number of machines is increased. In addition to large investments for the plant, piping construction for deionized water piping and wastewater collection is also required.
The DWR series ensures that the appropriate amount of deionized water is supplied for the added number of machines by installing one DWR per two dicing saws. Furthermore, extensive deionized water facilities and piping construction for wastewater collection are not required, allowing for facility investments suited to the production volume.
DISCO provides consistent support in the purchasing, refurbishing, and selling of DISCO products. If you no longer require the use of the DWR series due to process changes, the units can be sold back to DISCO as used equipment.
By controlling the number of units according to the production line, we can cover excesses and shortages in DWR units and flexibly respond to fluctuations in the production volume.
