An ultra-compact (DWR series) deionized water recycling unit for use with dicing saws

Advantage 9: Coordination with DISCO Dicing Saws to Effectively Prevent Problems
Advantage of using DWR: x10
9. Coordination with DISCO Dicing Saws to Effectively Prevent Problems
Error Proofing
When using regular deionized water facilities, if the deionized water supply is stopped while the dicing saw is cutting due to an error, the dicing saw performs an emergency stop. If the dicing saw is connected to a DWR unit, the STOP button of the DWR unit is locked out during cutting and the deionized water supply does not stop, even if the button is pressed accidentally. Conversely, if a water quality irregularity occurs in the DWR unit, the dicing saw can be controlled to prevent it from starting the cutting operation.
Log Data Collection
Although it is possible to display and save the water quality log for the past month with a stand-alone DWR unit, the dicing saw operation log can be saved at the same time if the DWR unit is connected to a dicing saw. By collecting log data, you can quickly perform troubleshooting when irregularities are discovered.
Dicing Saw Status Display
When performing maintenance, such as a DWR filter replacement, it is necessary to confirm the operation status of the dicing saw connected to the DWR unit. If the DWR unit and the dicing saw are connected, the status of the connected dicing saw (e.g. cutting or idling) can be displayed on the touch panel of the DWR unit, and the connected dicing saw does not need to be checked during DWR unit maintenance.
